Where can I find a comparision between the best website design programs?

Forget FrontPage. It has always been clunky, and now it is no longer being made.

Dreamweaver is the best in my book. You can also use it in WYSIWYG or code mode, or both with the split view – this helps you learn to code. Once you start learning to code, you will never want to go back to WYSIWYG, which will always one way or the other give you clunky code. There are also very few HTML tags you need to learn to get started.

To answer your question. Virtually all comparison sites are biased. Forums are a better choice. Dreamweaver however, is the web developer standard.

I also noticed someone mentioned Notepad. This is fine, but for most applications, time consuming and inpractical.
