How to design a website that is touchscreen compatible – hints & tips please – Thanks?

All comments/advice & suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

The input device must be touchscreen compatible, it doesn’t have anything to do with the site itself unless you are trying to interpret gestures or multitouch information (which even then, is likely interpreted by the drivers and passed as a WinAPI command to the browser).

The multitouch device should interact with the operating system, you shouldn’t have to do any special coding.
